I’ve been getting meals regularly from Eat Well for about 3 months. I love the variety of the twice weekly changing menu as well as a few favorites (orange roughy and roasted cauliflower) that are consistently available every week. The meals are well balanced and just the right portion size.

I love Eat Well! I live nearby and have driven by a lot but today I was starving and needed lunch so I popped in and grabbed some meals from the fridge. I will absolutely be ordering many meals in the future because my lunch was SO GOOD!!! Like lick the plate clean good. Healthy food in convenient packaging. Having the macros on the food is super convenient if you are into tracking. I opted for this one over a bigger service like HelloFresh or Factor because the food is actually stored at safe temperatures until pickup. I would recommend this service especially if your time is better spent on other things, as it saves a lot of time!
This store is such a breath of sunshine. I’m greeted every time with a warm smile. The meal selection is varied and offers many choices. I really like the fact each label contains the amount of calories, protein, carbs, fiber and fat. I try to eat healthy while watching my weight. This information helps me to do both. The portions are the perfect size for me. The menus change constantly and meals are always fresh.
